Beverly F (Fisher) Farrell

Beverly F. Farrell 95, of Bloomsburg, went to be with the Lord Thursday August 3, 2023, 1 day before her 96th birthday, at The Gardens of Millville, with daughter Judy by her side. She was born in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late William and Emma (Mottern) Fisher.

Beverly attended Mainville Schools, after school she went to work for different manufacturing jobs, mostly for silk mills. In later years she was a nurse's aide working at and retiring from the former Maple Crest in Bloomsburg. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing logic puzzles, talking to and petting Aussie (dog) and Jackie (cat), and watching Polka Time and Lawrence Welk on Saturday nights. Beverly’s favorite things to do was spend time with family, listening to stories that her great grandchildren would tell, and eating anything that her son-in law Mike would make.

Beverly is survived by son John Keller of North Carolina, daughter Judy (Keller)Helwig and husband Mike of Almedia, daughter-in-law Bonnie Keller, eight grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents as well as daughter Kathy Houser, son Arnold Keller Jr, granddaughter Vicky McDowell, and four sisters: Katherine Lesnefsky, Jean Hilner, Emma Hinterliter, and Shirley Letterman.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday August 15, 2023, at 10:00, at Elan Memorial Park, 5595 Old Berwick Rd. Bloomsburg, with Pastor Leader and friend of the family Cathy Cope officiating. Family and friends unable to attend may send online condolences to bunnellfuneralhome.com.
