Billie Jean (Hughes) Price

Billie Jean Price (Hughes), 78 of Lewisburg, Pa, departed this life on Sunday, January 7, 2024, surrounded by family at Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village. Billie Jean was born Feb. 19, 1945 in McCorkle, WV.

Billie Jean was an avid volunteer. For over 30 years she held numerous positions in The Boy Scouts of America, in addition to serving in her church and Girl Scouts. She also was a talented artist.

Billie Jean was a beloved wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend. She was proceeded in by her mother Susie Hughes, father William Shivelier, and sister Linda Kay Scott, and is survived by her husband Clayton Price, children, John Price, Susan Price and Tammy Badger (Doug), nephew Dell Conley (Shelly), and grandchildren Aaron, Drake and Clara.

A viewing will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, located at 2294 Ridge Rd., Northumberland on Friday Jan. 12th at 6pm. Services will be held at 7pm.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation or your local BSA.
