Blaine S Kindt Sr.

Blaine S. Kindt Sr., 90, of Millville passed away on Wednesday October 9, 2024 at The Gardens at Millville. He was June 15, 1934 in Mt. Pleasant Township, a son of the late Bruce E. and Grace (Ruckle) Kindt Sr.

He graduated from Bloomsburg High School class of 1952 and from Williamsport Technical Institute class of 1957 with his degree in Offset Lithography. Blaine worked at Girton Manufacturing from 1953 until 1969, then at Precision Printers in Millville until his retirement. Blaine enjoyed watching auto racing, photography, being a mechanic, going hunting, fishing, model airplanes, and going for hot air balloon rides. He was a social member at Arthur Bardo Post 564 and Snowmobile and Volkswagen Club.

Blaine is survived by four children; Blaine Kindt Jr. partner Dennis Fowler of Center Point, AL, Spencer Kindt wife Fabiola of Clairmont, FL, Hahns Kindt of Orlando, FL, Julie McNair of Lakeland, FL, four grandchildren; Aaron, Zackery, Shawn, Joshua, great-granddaughter Adalay, and longtime companion Genevieve Erlston.

Blaine was preceded in death by his parents as well as five brothers; Bruce Kindt, Claude Kindt, Kenneth Kindt, Woodrow Kindt, Paul Kindt, and three sisters; Charlotte Meyer, Daryl Johnson, and Shirley Lawton.

Services will be held Tuesday October 15, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., with his niece Sandra Whispell officiating. Burial will follow at Ikeler Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
