Chris A Neeb

Chris A. Neeb, 66, of Bloomsburg, went to be with the Lord, Saturday October 17, 2020 at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville surrounded by family and friends, after battling cancer since 2017. He was born December 23, 1953 in Bloomsburg, the son of the late James and Isabelle (Fedder) Neeb.
He graduated from Columbia Montour Vocational School, class of 1971, and then joined the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict. He was last employed at Columbia Ancillary. Chris was a lifelong fan of NASCAR, and enjoyed working in his garden, cooking on the grill, and having campfires. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Chris is survived by his companion Cheryl Fought, whom he has been with for 18 years, daughter Catherine Neeb and husband Joel Hummer of Bloomsburg, two stepchildren; Erin Fought and Benjamin Fought of Bloomsburg, four grandchildren; Havana Deuchar, Braylee Neeb, Colton Hummer, and Sydnee Hufford. As well as three sisters; Mahala Valencik and companion Kenneth Artley of Catawissa, Edith Mae Greenly husband Larry of Albuquerque, NM, Clara "Cookie" Fowler husband Gerald of Berwick, sister-in-law Sandra Neeb of Bloomsburg, and several nieces and nephews.
Chris was preceded in death by his parents as well as two sons; Damian and Craig Neeb, and two brothers; James R. and Clyde R. Neeb.
