Christal Jane (Gordner) Norton

Christal Jane (Gordner) Norton, left us April 11th after a short, but difficult battle with breast cancer.

She was born January 3, 1963 a daughter of Fredrick and Jean Gordner.

Christal was a kindhearted soul who loved with a passion like no other. She loved reading, gardening, shopping for others, and adventure. Her family and her work as a nurse were her world. Christal was a nurse at Geisinger for over 20 years where she helped so many people and made many friends.

She will be forever loved and forever remembered. Our family is grateful to know that Christal is finally at peace with her brother Lyle Brian and grandparents. 

She is survived by many loving individuals, including parents Fredrick and Jean Gordner, husband, Mark Norton, children and their spouses, Damian and Wendy Norton, Wesley and Jolene Norton, Rachel and Trevor Young, three sisters: Angela, Natalie, and Emily, and 7 grandchildren. 

A celebration of life will be held Thursday April 21, 2022 at 6:00 pm at Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family will receive friends from 5:00pmuntil time of service at the funeral home. All are welcome.
