Connie A Fisher

Connie A. Fisher, 86, of Bloomsburg, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the Gardens at Millville.

She was born May 7, 1939, in Pine Township, a daughter of the late Delbert and Clara (Bitler) Derrick.

She graduated from Millville High School, Class of 1957. After graduation she worked at Shaffer’s Store in Millville, and worked at the Millville High School as an aide.

Connie enjoyed camping, baking, gardening, listening to country music, but most of all spending time with her family.

Connie is survived by her husband, Jack D. Fisher, whom she married Nov. 23, 1957; four children: Deborah Finocchio, husband, Robert, of State College, Duane Fisher, wife, Kim, of Bloomsburg, Diane Bangs of Orangeville, Dennis Fisher, wife, Penny, of Bloomsburg; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Dale A. Derrick, wife, Anna Jean, of Danville; and sister, Carmen Zeisloft, husband, Donald, of Millville.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, as well as son-in-law, Keith Bangs; sister, Betty Sweeney; and grandson, Jason Bangs.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
