Danny Gene Kessler

Danny Gene Kessler, 57, of Unityville, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born December 15, 1955 at Geisinger Medical Center, a son of the late Gene W. and Patricia June Hall Kessler. He graduated from East Lycoming High School in 1973 and then he joined the United States Navy in 1977 and was discharged in 1983. He enjoyed the outdoors and elk hunting. He also enjoyed working on vehicles in his garage. He is survived by his wife the former Susan Persun whom he married July 26, 1993 and four daughters Leni S. Allen of Lopez, Pa, Kendra J. and her husband Jon Mills of Montague, Michigan, Dana Graham of Harrisburg and Harlee Gene Kessler of Unityville and two grandchildren Yuri and Harper Mills and two sisters Diane Robbins of Unityville, Michele and her husband Rick Thomas of Millville and a brother Michael R. Kessler and his wife Sue of Unityville. A memorial service will be July 6, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Richart's Grove Church Pavilion Richart's Grove Lane, Unityville, Pa 17774 with Pastor Denny Moore officiating.
