Dennis W. Kisner

Dennis "Lighting" W. Kisner, 60, of Millville, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at his home. He was born September 29, 1950 in Bloomsburg, a son of the late John and Francis Hess Kisner. He graduated from Millville High School in 1969 and then served in the Marine Corps. during Vietnam. He is a member of the Millville American Legion Arthur Bardo Post 564, Danville Moose Lodge 1133, Washingtonville Fire Company, and Little Fishing Creek Rod & Gun Club. He worked for PPL. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and riding his Harley He is survived by his wife the former Sharon West, and sons Michael, Christopher, John, Wayne, Shane Kisner, Heath Winters and a daughter Heather Hawkins, six grandchildren and a sister Judy Cokosky and numerous special friends. Services will be Sunday at 4:00 pm at Bunnell Funeral Home, Inc. 179 E. Main St. Millville with Rev. Allen F. Acor officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 pm until the time of service. Friends unable to attend may send condolences at bunnellfuneralhome.com.
