It is with great sadness that the family of Glen F. Bacon Jr. announces his passing on June 5th 2022 at the age of 70. He was born December 10, 1951 in Bloomsburg, a son of the late Glen F. and Mildred (Koser) Bacon Sr.
Glen loved his life in the trucking field, riding motorcycle, going to flea markets and spending time with his family. He made a mark on all that knew him with his social butterfly attitude which gave him the ability to make friends and hold that friendship through the years leaving laughter and memories for them and his family.
Glen is survived by his wife of 50 years the former Patsy Glidewell, two sons; Eric Bacon wife Sandy, Evan Bacon wife Sally, daughter Felicia Kile, seven grandchildren; Christine, Rachel, Mahala, Brenton Bacon and wife Brittany, Jessica Watkins, Tony Bolig, and Justin Robbins. As well as six great-grandchildren; Landen Bacon, Logan Glatt, Owen Swank, Jackson Rubio, Myah Figueiredo, and Arianna Bacon.
Glen was preceded in death by his parents as well as one granddaughter Marcella Bacon, brother Richard Koser, two sisters, Glenda Trivelpiece and Mary "Tiny" Trivelpiece, brother-in-law Norman Trivelpiece and brother-in-law Dale Trivelpiece.
Services will be Tuesday June 14, 2022 at 11:00 am at Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville with Pastor Robert Strozyk officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
