Gloria Dawn Heaps

Gloria Dawn Heaps, 79, of South Mountain, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011 at South Mountain Restoration Center. She was born November 4, 1931 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Perry and Nona Kistler Black. Gloria enjoyed dancing. She was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church and Dance Educators of America. She was preceded in death by a sister Gertrude E. Simon. She is survived by a daughter Faith Louise Ott and two sisters Gweneth C. Miller of Bloomsburg and Garcia G. Robertson of Napoleon, Ohio. Services will be Saturday at 11:00 am at Rodger T. Bunnell Funeral Home 435 Market St. Bloomsburg, with Pastor Allen F. Acor officiating. Burial will be at New Rosemont. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
