Jack Lee Swank Sr., 69, of Millville, passed away Monday, July 30, 2012 at his home. He was born November 24, 1942 in Bloomsburg, a son of the late Thomas and Hilda Lettier Swank. Jack attended Central Columbia Schools. He retired from roofing, where he worked for several companies; A1 Roofing, Pro Contracting, C&D Waterproofing, and East Penn Contracting. He also worked as a security guard at the Bloomsburg Fair and during the Truck Shows. He most recently worked for the gas company as a security guard. He is a member of Twin Creeks Hunting Cabin in Hills Grove. He enjoyed hunting, riding horse and most of all spending time with his family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Blain Swank, and a sister Patrice Swank Sige. He is survived by his wife the former Mary Engel with whom he married April 23, 1983, five sons Larry Reichenbach and his wife Tammy of Berwick, Dave Reichenbach and his wife Dee of Millville, Chad Reichenbach and his wife Jen of Central, Thomas Swank of Jerseytown and Jack Swank Jr. of Hunlock Creek and two daughters Angela and her husband Nyman Engel of Millville and Melissa Sue and her husband Jesse D. Vaughn of Williamsport and a daughter-in-law Val Swank of Bloomsburg, fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and two brothers Roland Swank and his wife Sarah of Millville and Dale Swank of Oklahoma, and two sisters Glenda and her husband Terry Vial of Catawissa and Sharon Swank of Bloomsburg. A memorial service will be Friday at 5:00 pm at Bunnell Funeral Home, Inc. 179 E. Main St. Millville with Rev. Allen Acor officiating.
