Joel P Quinn

Joel P. Quinn, 63, of Harvey’s Lake passed away on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023, at his residence with his wife by his side. He was born on Dec. 24, 1959, in Williamsport, a son of Clema (Young) Quinn of Williamsport and the late Paul Quinn.

He graduated from Loyalsock high school. Joel worked for the Local 269 Union Construction as an electrician in New Jersey. Joel could be found laying out at the beach in South Carolina, going to horse races, playing golf, boating and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a social member of the legion in New Jersey and Harvey’s Lake, and a member Post 4907 of Harvey’s Lake.

Joel is survived by his mom, as well as his wife, the former June Mankoski, whom he married May 28, 2011; two children, handsome son Austin Quinn and wife Annie of Fort Myers, Fla., beautiful daughter Tara Tamburello and her husband of Langhorne; and two grandchildren, cheerful grandson Seth and adorable granddaughter Juliet.

Joel was preceded in death by his father.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023, at Elan Memorial Park, 5595 Old Berwick Rd, Bloomsburg, PA 17815 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Mark Messner officiating.
