Lois M (Stackhouse) Yount

Lois M. Yount, 74, of Millville passed away Monday October 26, 2020 at Geisinger Medical Center. She was born June 9, 1946, in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Randall and Hannah (Lore) Stackhouse.
She graduated from Millville High School class of 1964. Lois enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, feeding her birds, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Central PA Avian Club.
Lois is survived by her husband Robert P. Yount, whom she married April 12, 1974, daughter Karen R. Miller and her companion Andrew Allbeck of Millville, stepson Timothy G. Yount wife Kim of Liverpool, two step-daughters Tammy Wertz of Turbotville, Bonnie Martz husband Neil Jr. of Danville, and seven grandchildren; Joshua, Nina, Samantha, Cassandra, Shaina, Quentin, and Megan. As well as brother Dale Stackhouse of Millville and foster sister Betty Rupert.
Lois was preceded in death by brother Byron Stackhouse and granddaughter Elizabeth Buck.
Services will be Friday October 30, 2020 at 11:00 am at Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville with her daughter Karen Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Gordners Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of services.
