Lucille J. (Ball) Hillner

Lucille J. Hilner,83, of 741 Mahoning St. Milton passed away Saturday November 13,2010. She was born January 13, 1923 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Luther and Christine Lyons Ball. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband John F. Hilner who passed away in 1997, a sister Mary Lou Andy, three brothers David Buddy Ball, Jack Ball, and Fred Ball. Also, a granddaughter Leslie Zellers. She is survived by a son James Hilner and his wife Lorena of Milton, two daughters Carol Connolly and companion Harry Clewell of Milton, Donna Bennage and husband Gary of Millville. Six grandchildren Steve Connolly, Sally Showers Newpher, Traci Showers Nigro, Geo Connolly, and Ian Hilner, and 14 great grandchildren. She attended Jerseytown School. Lucille enjoyed wildlife feeding birds and squirrels and reading books. Enjoyed traveling and camping in her younger years. Had a summer home on the St. Lawrence where she enjoyed fishing. Burial will be at the convience of the family. Arrangements under the care of Bunnell Funeral Home, Inc 179 E. Main St. Millville, Pa.
