Martin J. Andes

Martin E. Andes, 68, of 47 Buckhorn Rd. Bloomsburg, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the Bloomsburg Hospital. He was born June 9, 1942 in Millville, a son of the late Edward and Mary "DeWald" Andes. Martin attended Millville High School. He enjoyed watching western movies, especially John Wayne. When he was younger he enjoyed raising horses. He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Andes who passed away November 2002 and a brother Robert Andes and a sister Anna Sweeny. Martin is survived by a son Raymond Barnes and his wife Brenda of Bloomsburg, and three daughters Dee and her husband Stan Vanblargan and LeAnn Barnes of Buckhorn and Amy and her husband Michael Hunter of Numidia, nine grandchildren and one great grandson and a brother Donald Andes of Slabtown. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Rodger T. Bunnell Funeral Home 435 Market St. Bloomsburg, Pa is handling the arrangements.
