Marvin A. Kittle, 67, of Millville, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2013 surrounded by family at his home. He was born October 2, 1945 in Nanticoke, Pa, a son of the late Samuel and Ruby Robbins Kittle. He retired from Benton Foundry after thirty plus years. He was a member of the Millville Rod & Gun Club and he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his grandson Nick. He enjoyed spending time with his best friend Guy Stackhouse and his dog Abby. He enjoyed watching his grandson Britt play baseball and he was an avid Phillies fan. He enjoyed watching his granddaughter Bri playing soccer. He also enjoyed working on furniture. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers Samuel, Theodore, John and Lawrence Kittle and four sisters Sara Crane, Anna Eckroth, Martha Peters and Esther Mussleman. He is survived by his wife the former Joyce A. Eifert with whom he married December 16, 1972 and two sons Joshua Kittle and his partner James Kintz of West Grove, Pa and Matthew Kittle and his wife Christie of Millville and four grandchildren Nicholas Lawton, Briann Milich and Brittan Kittle and Pyper Oteiza A memorial service will be Thursday at 7:00 pm at Bunnell Funeral Home, Inc. 179 E. Main St. Millville with Minister Michael Woolcock of Rohrsburg Christian Church is officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 pm until the time of service. Friends unable to attend may send condolences at bunnellfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the funeral home to help defer funeral expenses.
