Mary Louise (Laidacker) Anderson

Mary Louise Anderson, 94, formerly of Millville, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Nazareth Memory Center, Danville, where she had been a resident for the last year and a half.

She was born July 21, 1930, in Turbotville, a daughter of the late Lloyd and Harriet (Diggan) Laidacker.

She graduated from Warrior Run High School and worked as a clerk at Shaffer’s Village Store in Millville.

Mary is survived by four children: Ronald E. Anderson, Carol E. Nogle, N. Richard Anderson, John L. Anderson III., six grandchildren: Erin Anderson, Bryn Anderson, Michael Nogle, Lisa Dildine, Lindsey Cochrane, and Caitlin Anderson; and four great-grandchildren: Lucas Dildine, Levi Dildine, Samuel Cochrane, and Sophie Cochrane.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her husband, John Lewis Anderson, who passed away June 14, 1990; six siblings: Maurice Laidacker, Miriam Raup, Lola Pursel, Gladys Crawford, Anne Albertson, Robert Laidacker; and grandson, Shea Anderson.

Services will be at the convenience of the family at Bunnell Funeral Home and interment at Green Lawn Memorial Park. Family and friends may send online condolences to bunnellfuneralhome.com.
