Mary Jane Haas

Mary Jane Haas, 88, of Bloomsburg, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Orangeville Nursing and Rehab. She was born June 22, 1924 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Frederick and Blanche Klinger Buck. She attended Scott Schools. She owned and operated a beauty salon for many years. She enjoyed sewing and crafts, where she was well known for the dolls that she made. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert A. Haas who passed away October 14, 2002. She is survived by a son Greg D. Haas and his wife Amy of Spring House, Pa and a granddaughter Erin Haas of Hoboken, NJ, two brothers Kenneth Buck of South Carolina and Bruce Buck of North Carolina and two sisters Jean Keister of California and Dorothy Mensinger of Pa. Services will be Thursday at 11:00am at Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ 206 East 7th St., Bloomsburg, Pa 17815, with Pastor Steven Engelhardt officiating. Burial will be at New Rosemont Cemetery. Friends unable to attend may send condolences at bunnellfuneralhome.com. Rodger T.
