Matilda Smith Obituary

Matilda Smith 95, of Milford, Delaware and formerly of Bloomsburg Pennsylvania, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at her residence. Born March 8, 1916 in Shamokin Pa., a daughter of the late Joseph and Caroline Pasierb Stetanik. Matilda was a life member of St Columba Catholic Church in Bloomsburg. She lived most of her life in the Bloomsburg area. She is survived by her son Robert Smith and his wife Patricia of Milford Del. and one grandson Jason Smith. She is the last of her immediate family. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday October17, 2011 at 11:00am at St. Columba Catholic Church 342 Iron St. Bloomsburg, Pa, with Monsignor Robert Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow at New Rosemont Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30 till 10:30 on Monday at Rodger T. Bunnell Funeral Home 435 Market St. Bloomsburg Pa.
