Mitchell Thomas Shetler

Mitchell Thomas Shetler, 32, of Muncy, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024, surrounded by his family and friends at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

He was born Sept. 17, 1991, in Danville, a son of Thomas Charles Shetler and Julia Ann (Anderson) Shetler.

He graduated from Hughesville High School Class of 2010. Mitch was a automotive/diesel technician at Fairfield Ford of Williamsport. He enjoyed racing four wheelers, working on cars and four wheelers, and going to the beach with his family. Mitch was a member of Central PA Sleds and Treads. He was the life of the party and would lend a helping hand to anyone.

Mitch is survived by his parents, as well as his wife, the former Sabrina McDonald, whom he married April 28, 2018; two sons: Jasper and Axle Shetler; brother, Nicholas Andrew Shetler of Hughesville; stepfather, Dwayne Young; and grandmother, Emma J. Shetler.

Services will be Monday, Feb. 12, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville, with Mike Woolcock officiating. Burial will follow at Katy’s Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
