Ralph B. Hawk Jr. 90, formally of Espy, went to be with the Lord, Sunday September 24, 2023, at the Gardens of Orangeville. He was born January 17, 1933, in Bloomsburg, a son of the late Ralph B. and Florence (Shaffer) Hawk.
Ralph was a graduate of Bloomsburg High School Class of 1951 and was in the Airforce during the Koren Conflict. He worked for Haddon Craftsmen for many years. Ralph was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church Espy. Ralph enjoyed fly fishing and wood working.
Ralph is survived by his two children, Randy Hawk and his partner Bill O’Hanlan of Berwick and Patricia Cool and her husband Randy of Sugarloaf, three grandchildren; Angie Markle of Berwick, Jeremy Melendez Hawk of Winston Salem, NC, Chris Hawk of Berwick, two step-grandchildren; Alicia Hess and Ashley Cool, four great grandchildren, nine step great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. As well as sister Betty Klinger of Danville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his, wife Jean A. Kehler, who passed on February 2, 2020, and a brother Robert (Buzz) Hawk.
Services will be Monday October 2, 2023, at 11:00 am at Rodger T. Bunnell Funeral Home, 435 Market Street Bloomsburg Pa. 17815, with his Pastor Rev. Kelly Kocher Ross officiating. Burial will follow at Elan Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of service. A combine military service of V.F.W. Post 804, American Legion Post 273, American Legion Post 564, and V.F.W. Post 8317, will provide Military Honors at the Cemetery.
