Ralph Andrew Robbins Jr., 83, of Bloomsburg, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Orangeville Nursing and Rehab. He was born March 24, 1929 in Bloomsburg, a son of the late Ralph A. and Mildred Runyon Robbins. He graduated from Bloomsburg High School and then joined the United Sates Army and served during the Korean Conflict. He had worked as an usher at the Capital Theatre and at the Radium Plant. He then worked as a pattern maker at Milco Industries retiring in 1991. He enjoyed playing the piano, music, cooking, crossword puzzles and reading. He was preceded in death by his wife Erma Eveland Robbins who passed away in 1999, two brothers Glenn Robbins Sr., Harold Robbins and a sister Mildred Parks. He is survived by a daughter Barb and her husband Dale English of Danville, two sons Robert Robbins and his wife Mary of Virden, New Mexico and James Robbins and his wife Justine of Bloomsburg, twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; he was the last of his immediate family. Services will be Tuesday at 11:00 am at Rodger T. Bunnell Funeral Home, 435 Market St., Bloomsburg, Pa 17815 with Pastor David Diehl officiating. Burial will be at Elan Memorial Park.
