Robert M Musselman

The life of Robert M. Musselman, Rohrsburg, was taken away too soon, with his unexpected passing at the age of 65, on January 26, 2025. Rob was the son of the late Raymond and Ruth (Watts) Musselman.

Rob was married to the former Kathy Stackhouse. They have one son, Cody (Saranda) Musselman, but he was a father figure and mentor to many.

Rob loved Cody beyond measure. He referred to Cody as his shadow because where one was you would find the other. Rob looked forward to the weekend when he could be in Cody’s garage working on projects.

He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood-working, classic cars, and socializing. He always had a “true” story to share.

Rob looked forward to August when he could attend the bowshoot at Sawmill. He enjoyed the comradery with the fellow-shooters and friends. He also attended the Harrisburg Great American Outdoor Show yearly and attended Carlisle events as often as possible.

Rob retired in June 2021 from Autoneum.

Preceding his death, along with his mother and father was his in-laws Jay and Ruth Stackhouse and sister Kate Walker.

Rob is survived by his wife, son and daughter-in-law, as well as sisters: Joyce White, Linda Hock (Lone “Bud”), Margie Swisher (Robert “Mac”), Amy Moyer (Spencer) and brother Ken Musselman (Amy), sister-in-law Darlene Sabo (Michael), brothers-in-law: Jay Stackhouse, Jr. (Gloria), and Randy Stackhouse. As well as many nieces and nephews and numerous friends.

Rob will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He will remain forever in our hearts.

Services will be Friday January 31, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville with Pastor Robert Strozyk officiating. Burial will follow at Rohrsburg Cemetery. Family will receive friends from noon until time of service at the funeral home.
