Robert “Bob” E. Schultz

Robert E. Schultz, 84, of Millville passed away on Thursday July 31, 2025 at his residence. He was born February 4, 1941 in Almedia, a son of the late Sterling and June (Gulliver) Schultz.

He joined the United States Army serving from 1962 until he was honorably discharged on January 8, 1969. Bob worked for over 30 years at Dana Corporation before retiring. He enjoyed wood working, going for golf cart rides with his wife looking for deer, fishing, and in his younger years auto racing. He would fly his remote airplane, and was an avid muzzleloader hunter.

Bob is survived by his wife the former Evelyn Young, whom he married August 25, 1990, four children: Rhonda Knapp husband Randy of Millville, Franklin Stackhouse wife Kimberly of Wisconsin, Rhonda Kishbaugh husband Joseph of Mifflinville, Elaine Bullock husband David, 15 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. As well as brother James Schultz Sr. wife Debra of Berwick, and Linda McMurtrie Richard of Berwick.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents as well as son Robert Schultz Jr., granddaughter Erin Schultz, two sisters; Joanne Kemler, Betty Smith, half-brother Bud Schultz, and great-granddaughter Shelly Kliest.

Services will be Thursday August 7, 2025 at 11:00 am at Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville with Pastor Bob Hock officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
