Obituary
Ronald R. Zumerling Sr. 81, of Bloomsburg, went to be with the Lord, on June 2, 2023, at the Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital. He was born October 20, 1941, in Chicago Ill., a son of the late Anthony and Helen (Leckner) Zumerling.
He joined the United States Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. Ron enjoyed watching NACAR and the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family.
Ronald is survived by his wife the former Janice Bell, whom he married January 8, 1966, two sons Ronald R. Zumerling Jr. and his wife Darlene of Bloomsburg and Mark A. Zumerling and his wife Kelly of Albrightsville, three grandchildren; Britney, Justin, and Holly, two great grandchildren, Xander and Krue, and two sisters, Beverly Zumerling and Shirley Tloczek, both from Chicago.
Services will be at convenience of the family.
