Shirley Y (Klock) Hall

Shirley Y. Hall, 88, of Unityville passed away on January 4, 2025 at her residence. She was born July 28, 1936, in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Paul and Myrtle (Robbins) Klock.

She attended Millville High School and then worked at Schnadig International Furniture for 14 years and then her husband and her owned Halls Tavern for over 15 years. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, and baking pies. Shirley was a member of Richards Grove Church.

Shirley is survived by three children: David Hall wife Mercedes of Florida, Dennis Hall companion Lisa of Unityville, Denise Jordan husband Jon of Unityville, daughter-in-law Dianne Hall of Unityville, 9 grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter Oaklee Schweitzer. As well as brother Russell Klock of Berwick.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband H. Gordon Hall, son Gordon Dean Hall, granddaughter Linda Hall, and great-grandson Evan Hall. As well as two sisters Beverly Swank, Betty Boyer, and two brothers Joseph Klock and Wesley Klock.

Graveside services will be Saturday April 19, 2025 at 10:00 am at Gordner’s Cemetery, 68 Gordner Church Rd., Unityville.
