Wanda Babb Obituary
Wanda F. Babb, 81, of Bloomsburg, passed away Dec. 16, 2018, at Bloomsburg Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Sept. 11, 1937, in Princeton, Ky., a daughter of the late William Archella and Minnie Lee (James) French.
She graduated from Caldwell County High School in Kentucky, and then from Bloomsburg University with her Licensed Practical Nursing degree. Wanda enjoyed crocheting, movies, and spending time with family
Wanda is survived by three sons: Richard Gordon, wife, Lisa, of Bainbridge Island, Wash., Michael Gordon, wife, Ann Sproule, of Camp Hill, Kevin Gordon and significant other, Stacey Weisser of Bloomsburg; two granddaughters; Elisabet and Lucinda Gordon; and sister, Gloria Newman, of Hobart, Ind.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband, Herdick Richard Babb, who passed away May 29, 1995, and sister, Dema Short.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the Millville Cemetery with Pastor Robert Strozyk officiating. Family and friends may send online condolences to bunnellfuneralhome.com
