William H. "Bill" Masker, 63, of Bloomsburg, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at his home. He was born February 21, 1950 in Berwick, a son of the late George and Naomi Knecht Masker. He served in the United States Marine Corp. during the Vietnam Conflict and is a life member of the Bloomsburg V.F.W. Post 804. Where he served as Commander for over twenty years. He worked for the Bloomsburg V.F.W. as the maintenance. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Carol and two brothers George and Earl. He is survived by his wife the former Janet Miller with whom he married February 14, 1970, two sons David Masker and his wife Rebecca of Almedia and Brian Masker and his companion Tiffany Roeder of Benton and a daughter Beth Ann and her husband Caleb Berg of Danville, four grandchildren Boane Berg, Bailey Masker, Mackenzie Masker and Alysa Masker and a brother Miles Masker of Arizona and two sisters Rebecca Kingston and Susan Miller both of Berwick. Services will be Monday at 6:00 pm at Rodger T. Bunnell Funeral Home 435 Market St. Bloomsburg, with Rev. Allen Acor officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Elan Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 pm until the time of service.
